DCA's Flo's V8 Cafe Breakfast Review

Flo’s V8 Cafe is one of the most darling locations in all of Disneyland Resort, have you been to Cars Land? If not, but sure to check out Flo’s on your next visit. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lunch and dinner menu is the same, but breakfast is different. Located in Car’s Land, about ¾ of the way down on the right side when facing the fire station. It opens for breakfast when the park opens. Erica and I got to the park at about 8:30, thinking it opened at 9:00am. Surprise, it actually opened at 8:00 so we decided to head and grab some breakfast from Flo’s.

The menu here has some basic breakfast dishes as well as some Mexican flare dishes like the Chicken Tamale Breakfast. One thing to remember is you can always order off the kids menu, I do it all the time! For this visit, I ordered the American Breakfast which included scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and a biscuit. The eggs were cooked very well and were light and fluffy. The breakfast potatoes have an onion and pepper mix in them with a good spice to them, I added ketchup to give them a little extra flavor. The bacon was crispy and the biscuit was yummy, they give you jam to pair with it. The price tag was $8.49 and came with a lot of food, I would order it again.

Erica got the Kids’ Waffles, it comes with 2 Cars themed waffles, turkey bacon, and fresh fruit. It is very filling and tasted great, the price tag on it is $5.49. It also came with a chocolate milk carton, but can be replaced with a small water bottle or small soda. It was a fun meal and the view from the back of the restaurant is of Radiator Springs Racers, it is a great way to start your day by watching the ride going. It isn’t too busy right at the beginning of the day, which is a nice bonus when you are ready for your food and get your day going. AP discounts are available at this location.

Be sure to check out Flo’s on your next visit. Have you eaten breakfast here before? Let us know your favorite breakfast meal in Disneyland!

As a little girl, I went to Disneyland a few times, but my true love of Disney sparked my freshman year of college. I had the chance to do a quick weekend trip to Disneyland with two friends. During this trip, I fell completely back in love with the entirety of the Walt Disney Company. It was then a few months later, my family ventured to the opposite coast and visited WDW. Here I met a CP, who inspired me to start my own Disney Journey. A few years later, I can’t get enough of Disney (ask anyone who knows me)!

I have been extremely blessed to become a Disneyland AP holder, Walt Disney World AP holder, go on a Disney Cruise, and visit Hong Kong Disneyland. In 2018, I will be visiting Disneyland Paris. I plan on eventually visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Shanghai Disneyland.

I love all things Disney food, Disney merch, and Disney entertainment. You can usually find me in the park, drinking a coke and waiting for a show or parade. If you ever see me, be sure to say hello! I love making new Disney Friends.
